Christmas Dinner Recipe| Bolognese Pasta

Merry Christmas everyone!! Hope y'all are enjoying this winter holiday and are having a great time! Today I wanna introduce a holiday dish that is perfect for your Christmas dinner.

🍴 Ingredients needed:
Ground pork/beef: 300g
Celery: 1 stick
Carrot: half
Onion: half
Garlic: 3 cloves
Spaghetti sauce with basil flavor: 1 jar (Coglio)
Cajun Premium Concentrated Tomato Paste: 1 TBSP
Red Wine: 1 CUP
Spices: oregano, basil, thyme (1 TSP each)
Peppers: a few
Bacon: 2 slices
Sausage: 1 CUP (can be left out)
Spaghetti: Screw-shaped pasta

🍴 Directions:
1. Turn on medium heat and saute bacon to slightly absorb excess oil.
2. Add diced carrots, celery, onion, and (sausage) to the pan and saute for about 3 minutes.
3.Pour in the minced meat, add the spices, a little pepper, and stir fry until the meat turns white.
4. Pour in spaghetti sauce, squeeze a spoonful of tomato paste, pour in the red wine and simmer over moderate heat for 1 hour.

Once the meat sauce is cooked, cook the pasta to your liking according to package directions. And then you can serve the dish to your family and friend adn enjoy this Christmas together!
