Ingredients:

- 1 kilogram of veal
- 2 large carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 celery stalk
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 100g butter
- 50 g flour
- 1 liter of beef stock
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 100 g mushrooms

Preparation process:

1. Cut the vegetables into small dice and set aside.
2. Heat the butter in a large pan and add the veal. Sear on high for a few minutes and then remove the meat.
3. Add vegetables and spices (thyme and bay leaf) to the pan. Sauté over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
4. Add flour and stir well until flour and vegetables are well blended.
5. Gradually add the beef stock, stirring constantly.
6. Return the meat to the pot and simmer slowly for about 1 hour, until the meat is cooked through.
7. add whipping cream and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
8. Serve with white rice or boiled potatoes.
