Today we wanna introducing pollo alla cacciatoria, a gourmet dish. It is a traditional Italian recipe for a home-cooked dinner, it is a dish containing chicken and vegetables, steamed in white wine, tomato sauce, onions and spices.

Here is the recipe for this dish:

- 2 pounds chicken
- 1 large onion
- 2 carrots
- 5 garlic cloves
- 150ml white wine
- 400ml Tomato Sauce
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 small bunch Coriander
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

1. Wash the chicken and simmer it for half an hour.
2. Heat a frying pan and sauté the onions and garlic. 3.
3. Add the carrots and cook for 3 minutes, then add the white wine and tomato paste. 4.
4. Add the cooked chicken, salt and black pepper and cook for 5-10 minutes. 5.
5. Finally, add the coriander.
