- Chili peppers: 6, cut off tops and seeded
- Beef: 300g, chopped
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Garlic: 3 cloves, chopped
- Tomatoes: 2, chopped
- Cheese: quantity
- Eggs: 2, beaten
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Oil: to taste
