Shipping policy
- How will I ship?
We have our own logistics warehouse to deliver products. We will choose to ship to the nearest warehouse.
- When will my order ship?
Our goal is to process the order within 2-3 working days. Expected to reach customers in 4-10 days
- I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time?
We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together, because depending on the product, different shipping methods can be used. After the item is sent out, you will receive an email notification email.
- After the package is shipped, can I change the delivery address of the package?
Unfortunately, once the product is on the road, we will not be able to change the shipment.
- What should I do when I receive a product that is different from the ordered product?

- How do I track my order?
You can track orders during processing and after leaving our warehouse
Processing: You can check the status on the "My Orders" page of your bucktool account.
Sent: After your order has been sent, you will receive our email. In this email, there is tracking information for your package and the website where you can track your order. Tracking information is also provided on your "Order Details" page.
- How to change the delivery address?
Once you realize that you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately, because once the delivery, we will not be able to change the address. Contact customer service immediately (or send an email to service@hallymetal.com)!
- Does the price include freight?
If the product is marked as "Free Shipping", you do not have to pay for shipping. Free shipping to the world.

How do I calculate shipping and handling costs?
Our shipping fee costs 200$ within Europe.
What are the shipping options available?
Usually, we use door to door delivery services (via UPS, DPD, or DHL) to your delivery address. Some of our deliveries are also made by trucks when the products are too large.

Refund policy
- Please note: If your product arrives damaged, please contact the carrier who delivered the package within 24 hours of receipt. After the customer signs the delivery of the product intact, Hallymetal assumes no responsibility.
- Return policy
Hallymetal may return the product for refund or exchange within 15 days from the date of product delivery. Any product received after 15 days will be acceptable, but a return of goods after 15 days will be subject to a product processing fee of 25% of the selling price.
- If you purchase an incorrect item, you no longer need the item, or the product is not the item you want to order, you can return it to us in its original (unopened/unused) state for exchange, But the shipping cost needs to be borne by the customer.
- If you choose to replace the defective product, we will send you a return shipping label via email so that you can return the defective product. After receiving and checking whether the product complies with this return policy, we will immediately send you a replacement product for free.
Note: If you receive a defective product and you urgently need to replace it (before we receive your defective product), you will need to place a new order for that product. After receiving the original defective product, the newly placed order will be fully refunded.
- Return requirements and procedures:
After the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected and weighed as part of our return procedure. Products that have been modified, altered, tampered with or misused in any way may result in a refund being rejected. Products that are claimed to be defective during the return process and found to be usable during our inspection may result in a refund being rejected and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Return of defective products
If hallymetal receives a product that you claim to be defective, and we confirm the defect after receiving the product, then we will at our sole discretion remove any charges for the product from your credit card without paying any other fees if the defect is not due Misuse, caused by customer modification/change or unintended use, the product you return will be repaired or repaired or replaced free of charge. Repair or replacement may include new parts or refurbished parts that we decide. Alternatives may be different, but functionally equivalent. Refunds, repairs, and replacements will be made within the time limit determined by hallmetal. Defective products returned within the 15-day return period will not be charged freight.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
WEB BEACONS

Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
